• Balance Sheet of Last 3 Years attested by certified CA. (Optional)
• DSC (Digital Signature Certificate)
• Utility Bill in the Name of Business
• Rent Agreement/Lease Agreement (In case of Rented Property)
• NOC (No-Objection Certificate) from the Owner
• Ownership Deed (In case of own property)

 

Step 3 - Submit the Fees

 

After the agent verifies that all the documents submitted are correct, proceed to pay the application fees.

 

Government Fees for RA License Registration with unlimited capacity is Rs. 25000/-.

 

Government Fees for RA License Registration with a capacity of 100 recruitment is Rs. 10000/-.

 

The government fee must be paid as a demand draft in favor of PAO, MAIO, New Delhi.

 

Along with it, you will be required to pay a professional fee to the agent or business service provider for the services.

 

Step 4 - Sit Back and Relax!

 

After that, your assigned agent will file the application on the official portal, submit the documents and pay the fees.

 

They will also take care of any queries raised by the government regarding the application.

 

Meanwhile, your agent will also provide you with updates on the application status and may ask for any clarification or additional documents if required.

 

It typically takes 15-20 days to receive approval from the government. Once your RA License gets approval, you will receive it on your shared mail ID.

Validity

 

The RA License (Recruitment Agent License) is valid for a period of 5 Years from the date of issuance. 

 

Holder of the Certificate Must Maintain

 

• Office premises of not less than fifty square meters of built-up area, having a waiting hall for at least thirty persons, a room for conducting the interview and office space equipped with furniture, photocopier, telephone with subscribers trunk dialing (STD) and international dialing (ISD) facility, fax, computers and other office amenities as may be specified by the Registering Authority by order in writing. 
• Workstations for the office personnel. 
• Internet facility, email accounts and a web portal containing detailed information about the Recruiting Agent, the validity status of the Registration Certificate, the services offered, the cost of services, the mode of payment of service charges, the remedies available to emigrants for redressal of grievances, vacancies available along with the details of the jobs, the employers and the contract conditions as well as the recruitments made in the past with such particulars as the Registering Authority may specify by order in writing. 
• Adequate and duly trained staff. 
• A signboard, to be displayed in front of the business premises or so fixed that it is conspicuously visible to the public from outside the office premises indicating the name and the registration number of the Recruiting Agent and the year of registration. 
• Arrangements for skill testing for the trades for which he recruits the intending emigrants.
